One of the new residence projects for Exeter University in 2020 is the East Park Student Accommodation. It has been developed by the University Partnership Programme (UPP) and provides single standard and en-suite accommodation for undergraduate students.
There are 100 standard bedrooms with communal kitchen/dining and a lounge area. Bathrooms consist of an enclosed shower, toilet and sink which are shared between two students. 170 additional standard bedrooms will be opening in September 2021. There are also 504 en-suite rooms. These are arranged in flats of 5 to 8 students sharing an open plan kitchen/diner with a lounge.
Meters UK have provided them with SmartHeat45 units to ensure they stay nice and cozy this winter !
