TKC Housing is a newly formed organisation, having taken over the Englands Lane Residence in Belsize park in London.
The property consists of 5 floors and 162 flats, which are being made available to students and hospital staff for monthly rentals.
Meters UK have supplied the Smartlink metering system to the residence for all the flats. All meters are monitored and topped up through our website and payment portal. TKC has also opted for the cash website, which enables them to take cash at their in-house office and top the meters up through the cash portal.
