Having issues topping up your meter?

Please view the following instructions:

Paid but not topped up: please check when your meter was last read.
If the meter was not read today you NEED to reset the modem : Resetting the Modem

If your Electric/Gas has gone off please activate emergency credit of £ 5.00 by pressing and holding both the green and blue buttons together for 5 seconds.

To activate the EMERGENCY CREDIT facility, press and hold the BLUE and GREEN buttons together for 5 seconds. This will then give you access to £5.00 credit.

PLEASE NOTE: EMERGENCY CREDIT CAN ONLY BE ACTIVATED WHEN THE UTILITY TURNS OFF.

SmartlinkPP top up card payment issue

Please use this form when your SmartlinkPP device top up card payment has been made via the Meters UK customer portal and the amount hasn’t been added to your available credit.
