Having issues topping up your meter?
Please view the following instructions:
If your meter has not topped up, please try resetting the modem, you can do this by disconnecting the modem, wait 5 minutes, then re-connect.

To activate the EMERGENCY CREDIT facility, press and hold the BLUE and GREEN buttons together for 5 seconds. This will then give you access to £5.00 credit.
PLEASE NOTE: EMERGENCY CREDIT CAN ONLY BE ACTIVATED WHEN THE UTILITY TURNS OFF.
Smartlink PP payment issue
Please use this form when your SmartlinkPP device top up card payment has been made via the Meters UK customer portal and the amount hasn’t been added to your available credit.
