Prepayment Meters for Landlords
One tenant meter can monitor electricity, gas, water, and heat. Therefore, all utilities are under one account, allowing for a cost-effective smart meter solution. All meters are preprogrammed and administered by Meters UK, allowing you peace of mind that everything is done for you.
Our team will need to speak to you to find out your exact needs. We will work out what type of system you will require, as well as explain how it all works to ensure a seamless transition.
On acceptance of the quotation and receipt of payment, we will then send you the contract, including the documentation you will need to return, detailing meters location, banking details and amounts you would like to charge your tenants either collectively or individually.
Meters will be dispatched to you within 10 working days, or sooner if required. Your fitter will call our technical department on completion of the installation. This will help us to ensure the meters are working correctly and that we can communicate wirelessly with them. We will then activate the meters, and they will be ready for your tenants to top up.
